Where do you ship your products?

Currently, we only ship within the USA and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned!

How long will my order take to arrive?


In-stock treasures ship within 2 business days of payment. Pre-order custom items are made just for you and may take 2–4 weeks, depending on availability and customization.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

We accept returns & exchanges within 14 days. Please note, custom made-to-order treasures are final sale.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?


Need to update or cancel? Please reach out within 12 hours of placing your order, as processing may begin right away and changes may not be possible but we will make every effort to amend your order.

Are your pieces designed to offer lasting durability and elegance?

Our custom- designed pieces are boutique - quality, and our other collections are made with genuine materials offering everyday practicality and elegance.

What if my bag arrives damaged or defective?

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement. Custom items can only be refunded.
