Where do you ship your products?

Currently, we only ship within the USA and Canada. We’re working on expanding to more countries soon — stay tuned!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards as well as other flexible payment options available on our secured checkout page.

How long will my order take to arrive?


In-stock items ship within 2 business days of payment.
Pre-order or custom pieces are made just for you and typically ship within 2–4 weeks, depending on availability and design details.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Most items are final sale due to their custom or limited nature. Select non-exclusive items may be eligible for store credit if requested within 3 days of delivery.

Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?


Because many of our pieces are reserved or prepared specifically for you, we’re unable to modify or cancel orders once they are placed.

We always recommend reviewing your selections carefully before checkout. If you have any questions prior to purchasing, we’re happy to assist so you can shop with confidence.

Are your pieces designed to offer lasting durability and elegance?

Our custom- designed pieces are boutique - quality, and our other collections are made with genuine materials offering everyday practicality and elegance.

What if my bag arrives damaged or defective?

We stand behind every piece at Legacy Dealz.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item, packaging, and your order number.

Once reviewed, we will work with care to resolve the issue. Due to the limited nature of many pieces, replacements may not always be available—but your experience matters to us.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

At Legacy Dealz, our pieces are thoughtfully curated or custom designed, so promotions are not a regular part of our model.

On occasion, we may offer special pricing during select events, live shows, or exclusive releases. These moments are limited and intentionally offered.
