Eligible Returns
In select cases, a return may be considered for non-custom, non-exclusive merchandise.
- A return request must be submitted within 3 days of confirmed delivery
- The item must be unused, unworn, and returned in original condition
- All original packaging must be included
- Approved returns are issued as store credit only
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We stand behind the quality and presentation of every piece. If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
